6 March 2008 - New Affiliate!
I'd like to extend a warm welcome to Lidia, our first affiliate! (Has it ever struck you how people use the terms 'we', 'our', etc., when there's only one person owning the site? Hmmm...now there's a thought.) If you haven't visited her lovely site, then I advise you do so straightaway!
Before closing this update, I have a question: does anyone know of a good Cutenews tutorial? I'm considering switching to Cutenews for my updates, but have no clue as to how to install and operate it. If you've got an answer, I would love to hear from you. :D
4 March 2008 - Some Wee Changes
Wow...two updates in two days! Now there's a first...
If you haven't noticed, I've switched guestbooks, since my old guestbook was not very customizeable and I never really liked it in the first place. Regrettably, I wasn't able to import all the messages from the old guestbook onto the new, so if you've signed my guestbook in the past, you may want to sign it again. If you've never signed my guestbook, then I would be thrilled if you did so -- some people thrive on feedback, and I am one of them!
On a more art-related note, I've added two new blends and one new manipulation to my portfolio.
3 March 2008 - March Madness
...well, not exactly. But since it's March now, I wanted an excuse to say that. :PI am pleased to announce that Runaway Muse now has a blend challenge you can enter! For all you non-artistic people, I'm thinking of also opening a caption contest or something of that sort, so stay tuned.
As far as art goes, this update is rather pathetic; I've made one new celebrity banner, but that's it. (Note to self: enter challenges!)
29 February 2008 - Inspiration is coming...

After many weeks of procrastinating, I was finally able to purchase a domain with the help of my dad! I'm really excited and plan to make a few major changes to the site, so keep checking in to see the progress. :)14 February 2008 - New Horizons
Happy Valentine's day, folks! Since opening Runaway Muse, I have not been updating it as often as I would have liked, and I apologize. Lamentably, I have no new graphics to share, as my muse has once again left me to rot. (Pesky things, aren't they?) However, there is a bit of good news: once I talk things over with my dad, I will be able to purchase a spanking-new domain for Runaway Muse, as well as finally get rid of those obnoxious ads (among other premium features). So break out the Old Toby and celebrate!So ends my pitiful update. Check back soon for a fresh new layout, which I will put up as soon as I upgrade my Bravenet account.
21 JANUARY 2008 - Grand Opening
At last, Runaway Muse is up and running! Well, partially. I still have to upload all the pages except for my writings, which you can find here. Hopefully the rest of the site's content will be up by tomorrow.[ Return ]
